1. You can use any of the following channels to make payment; mpesa via Safaricom PostPay PayBill 200200, Bonga points using this paybill number 200200.
2. If you remain in default 90 days after the agreed date, automatically, you will be terminated on the PostPay service and transferred back to PrePay.
3. Your details will be forwarded to CRB by Safaricom if you remain in default 106 days after the due date.
4. Then, your Safaricom will list you on CRB after 120 days after the due date.
